COVID-19 Isolation note:

If you need a Covid-19 isolation note for your employer you can get one by visiting:

Looking after your health and wellbeing:

  • Stay in touch with family and friends over the phone or on social media

  • Try to keep yourself busy – you could try activities like cooking, reading, online learning and watching films

  • Do light exercise

 

In the event of a mental health crisis contact the First Response Service by dialling 111 and choosing option 2.
